Advanced Map Upkeep settings broken.

I started up some new games using the advanced map settings to alter the cost of upkeep set alternating from low to high.
The unit cost when the unit was highlighted would change to match the setting for example a guardsman takes 1 food on normal, 0.5 on low and 2 food on high.
The problem would be that when you check the global tracker for upkeep it would be calculated using the standard cost of upkeep and disregard the changed setting and individually listed cost. For example I would have 3 guardsman at 0.5 food upkeep each, then check the total upkeep and instead of 1.5 food being spent, it would be 3 food global upkeep being spent.
