For those interested in a little tougher challenge per the Flight & Water Walking Spells.
Flight & Water Walking costs are DOUBLED.
This includes World cost, Battle cost, Research cost, & Upkeep cost.
Place the file in the 'main dir/ExternalAssets/Database' folder.
Edited file in small letters for easy reference.
BACK UP THE ORIGINALS !!!
