Hello,

1) 8 samurai bases with BW* on 2 bases deep. During the impact phase, the samurai are charged.
I shoot with my bow 2 or 4 dice ?
2) A battlegroup has heavy weapons on its first rank and crossbows on the second rank.
Can crossbows fire during the shooting phase ?

1. You shoot BW* with one dice per two bases from the second and third rank. If you are 4 wide and all 4 bases are contacted then you would get 2 dice.

2. Yes providing they are NOT Light Foot. They fire as first shooting rank as there are no shooters in front of them in the BG. They also measure shooting distance from the front rank's position.
