German's not really for sharing

I've just completed the second Blitzkrieg battle, the Encirclement of Warsaw.

I spent ages whittling down Modrin fortress then, just as I was about to take it, one of my "allied" german units just walked in and took it for themselves!

I wouldn't have minded but it didn't record it as taken so I didn't get the benefit. To rub salt in the wound, my "allies" would not budge so I couldn't move in to Modrin to claim the reward.

Should the game not recognise an ally taking a hex as a win?

It’s not a game problem but a scenario design problem I think but these are things that can happen.

Yep, the Modlin Capture trigger is only set for the player faction, unlike the Destroy Units one above.

The idea then was that the player has to achieve it first to get the benefit. However, I don't see any prob to make it more generous, esp. if the AI is moving annoyingly.
