Is there a way to easily change the available buildings for races?

I would like for Lizardmen to get access to Sawmills and Forester's Guilds. Is there an easy way to do that?
Open the DB_TOWN xml file in the Database folder (notepad++ is great for this) & you will find all the races & their buildings.
Easy to edit what you want, just follow the format.
