Unused but playble Specialisations

As far as I have checked, only following unused specs are still working, as in v9.2.5.
Any other specs, like destroyer_tender and other specs possibly showing up in the campaign editor, can be trashed.
british_pacific_fleet
Comes with a working spec-icon.
Normally only +50 RP on scenario start for new British core but changable (by me) up to +127 making it more playable, as you get a BB, CV, 2x DD, Fighter, and TB, what is a lot for 10 SP.
You still got extra 2 naval-cp, and 4 air-cp left, so theoretically possible to further add a submarine and/or another combat plane plus recon one. Upgrades to different units are possible too ofc.
The fighter is normally an outdated supermarine_seafire but this entry was changable to a working seafire_mkiii.
The extra battleship alone is truely powerful enough if you got the 10 spec points to spare.
As the spec normally comes available in Nov 44, it's possible to use this extra British core fleet in the last two scenarios of the US Pacific campaign.
This spec is normally not enabled in the US Pacific campaign, so a change of the campaign.cmz file is necessary.
great_patriotic_war
Missing a unique icon, and lacks a complete spec entry but could be still added
+6 Land-CP, +3 Air-CP
siberian_reserves
same (issues) as great_patriotic_war
rationing
lacks unique icon, but otherwise working if a proper description, date, and requirements settings are added
+2 Land/Naval-CP, +1 Air-CP
The icon below is my pathetic creation of a ration stamp.
home_guard
unique icon, but lacks the code for the aux units to show up.
not implemented: Auxiliary Home Guard and Armadillo units are available at the start of each battle
However, this spec can still serve as unit requirement to purchase these mentioned units if noEditor & noPurchase traits are removed from these units.
home_guard as unit still lacks a unit icon, but can still be added.
I haven't implemented this spec in my game yet, so can't show anything but the vehicle below.
I forgot there is also the ersatz spec as requirement for the Pz.IVJ.
Lacks icon, but has a working description.
Not implemented: All unit costs reduced by 5 percent
Similar like home_guard that it could still be added to the game as unit requirement, but oh well, better remove the entry from the Pz.IVJ instead.
I made the Pz.IVH phase out in favor of the crappy successor, but removed the series entry, so you don't get bothered about upgrading. The J tank is rather meant for an AI force.
