[Gameplay Bug] [Extra movement for damaged submarine][9.2.5]

I was able to move a damaged submarine (SS Gato) further than it should in the US Pacific campaign by first submerging it. Normally it would only move 2 spaces while surfaced but by submerging it I get the overlay that shows the tiles up to 3 spaces away with the surface symbol. Clicking on it allowed me to get one extra space of movement.
