Upgrade Path List, Tree, Etc.

Hey folks,
I'm thinking about starting a new campaign and I need some help. Looking for a forum topic, attachment, etc. showing weapon upgrade paths. I'm sure something's available - I swear I've seen something - but that was a long time ago and I can't find anything with the search function. Specifically, what I'm looking for is the upgrade path for the 37mm PaK - upgrades with and without PP cost.
