PC1 remake Mod
Posted: Sat Dec 10, 2022 6:05 pm
The Mod has just been updated and the first part, the Preludes, got some new features.
Limited stock and limited ammo/elite replacements.
If u have the time please play the preludes and let me know how u like the changes and if updating the whole mod with them is a welcome addition.
If this is the first time you hear about this and use steam, check out here:
click workshop in the top menu bar of the PC2 community area --> click"most subscribed"--> at the top of the list u see PanzerCorp1-Grandcampaign
click it and subscribe. Steam will download the files and update.(This usually takes like 5 mins to trigger. If u are the impatient type like me, restart steam to force it.)
After starting PC2 go to Mods-> ModManager check the PC1 Grandcampaign Mod and apply
If u don't use steam go here to get the file:

If u have trouble installing the mod, feel free to ask in the thread.
Now when starting a New Campaign scroll down until u see PANZERCORP1. Please always start with Preludes if this is your first time playing since u need a starting core for all the following years at this time.
Adding starting cores for all years is on the list for next years updates.
Currently u can play:
Preludes-->1939-->1940 then u can decide to go east with 1941 or switch to Africa Corps instead.
1941-->1942--> during 1942 u can decide to leave the path of history by escaping stalingrad or keep history intact by stay and fight. Depending on your decision u can continue into 1943 or 1943NH.
During Africa corps u can choose to disobey the command to retreat at El Alamein opening the ahistorical path leading to the near east or obey the command to retreat and fight a retreating battle that will lead you to 1943West(sometime next year).
The ahistorical path splits in Persia into Caucasus-Ending leading into 1943NH(can be played, but still unfinished) or India ending that leads into Pacific(will not be worked on before Pacific DLC is released.)
Any feedback is always very welcome. Leave it here, in the workshop or the Slitherine Forum(https://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewto ... 06#p987906).
sers,
Thomas
