Lost access to multiplayer

Hi !

I joined the new tournament... i last played an OOB battle about one year ago... but played many multiplayer battles before.. Now i noticed two strange things :

1) I didn't get any notification of the starting turn 1 battle (i have notifications ON, and received regular emails one year ago, and i also receive notifications for Field of Glory 2 multiplayer battles)
2) If i launch OOB and select multiplayer, a message appears that says that my serial is not registered... and i must go to the account page (?)

Anyone can help me to solve this problem ? Any suggestion ?
Never had this problem before.
I own almost all the DLCs (except for the last 3--- the allied Trilogy)

I'm having the same problem. Have played the two previous Winter OOB tournaments and today even registered my Slitherine account here with my Steam account. When trying to play my first turn, I also got the "serial number has not been registered" message.

It says we should open the "registration/account creation screen". Where exactly is that?

Slitherine recently did an exercise where they merged forum accounts and online accounts. I know for a couple of friends it led to major headaches.

My advice is contact their support team letting them know your id and they hopefully will sort it out.
