For the past 3 days or so I have been unable to load my PBEM games. The red circling thing just stays up on the screen when I try to load. Today I got the server warning. Not sure what it means when it says I have 'tried to download some turns multiple times'? Anyway, I am stuck. Can you help?

multiple times downloads is classed as cheating and that's why it's classed as a warning and error, please contact support for more infromation and help

I guess that's why I got the warning. I tried several times to download my turns for several scenarios and it never loaded, the red circle just kept spinning forever. I'll contact support. Thanks.

@Slitherine Staff: So, are you really monitoring multiple downloads of turns world-wide or only in certain regions? I've been running a mod for "Commander the Great War" for years that is played by many people from around the globe and I've heard from players from one region (mainly Europe) getting those warnings and other people (USA, Asia) not ever getting those warnings at all.

We track PBEM downloads for all games, everywhere.
