Anyone else having issues getting their Anniversary Coupons?

I've typically gotten mine the last week of October since 2016. This year nothing so far. I get the regular company emails, and there is nothing in my spam folder or on the My Page of the website. Did they stop doing these?

Support did come through. I got my coupon today. It took a bit, and I'm sure it was resolved using other than the normal means. I'd like to give a special shout out to Joe M. on the support team. Thank you for your assistance and patience Joe. My wish list is now emptied of items currently available for purchase.
