So, same question as ever ( ): Is it possible to get all commendation rewards if you earn all CP objectives?

Yes, and in fact this is true with the other AO DLCs too. You don't need to get all of them to get all the awards. That's why you may have noticed that by the end of the DLC you usually have extra, unused CD points. You might have to skip some offers sometimes if you want all the heroes, though, like in the training scenario in 1942.

Elite Objectives, bonus objectives that would put a challenge to even the most powerful core a player deploys, as it was mentioned in dev diary. You don't need to finish it to win a scenario, but to win a scenario with it done would require much more efforts especially if you want to have your veterans from SCW or later stay alive.
