ok this bug has been around for a bit. I don't know if you guys are aware. if you are in game and click the minimap to get the overall picture then go back to the regular tactical game map. certain units will not move. best I can think of is aircraft. you go to an aircraft after the minimap you can highlight it, but if you try to click somewhere for it to move it just ungrabs the unit like you de-select it. for sure does it on paratrooper airplanes, and Bf-110. i tried on the scout plane and it works so seems to kind of be isolated to certain aircraft. anyway i hope this makes sense.

Can confirm that with 9.2.4.

All units get stuck if you right-click on the minimap and leave it by a left-click.
If you leave the minimap by right-click instead/again, the units move.

A workaround at least...

9.2.5: yep, this is also still worthy to get fixed.
