[Audio Bug][units w/ "fixedBase" trait lack move-sounds]

In particular towed AA-units that usually have the fixedBase trait lack any move/rotation sounds in the game.
When I remove that trait from such units, sounds will be played fine again, as any other towed units with light/medium/heavy move/rotate sound settings.

There’s another sound bug not very common but that I’m the only one to hear it seems...
In some rare cases when a mechanized unit in change direction to move, when changing direction I hear step noises then the normal mechanical sound when the mechanized unit moves.
