Good evening. I have not been able to connect to the game by email for several days. The game gives a message about "missing serial number" and asks to open the "registration window". I don't know what's the matter. Checked system files several times. There is no result. I'm asking for help.

Go to your Documents folder, find and delete the Order of Battle folder in there and it will ask you to input the login details again for PBEM.
