OoB 9.2.2. no mods screen

I updated the game to the latest version but there is no mod selection screen now, only a startup movie appears.
Any ideas what to do?

I wasn't having the no mod screen issue but today when starting the game the movie starts then followed by a weird scenario screen. I didn't capture it as I assume this is now a known issue also?
