I would suggest that downloading Book 3 is delayed until I can confirm that it's been updated.

This is a single file containing Rules, Lists and Reference Sheets updated to March 2024
Only minor changes to the rules, but the lists books have some additional lists and a few lists with major updates.
(and a few corrections to points costs etc.)

Slight update to version3.2
This adds missing bows to Indian/Burmese elephants and Javelins to British/Scottish light chariots.
Also all the header pages that referred to 3.1 have been updated to V3.2a
(which is the only change to the Full_Rules)
