Hello!! This may be a dumb question, but will these two games operate on a PC using Windows 11?

We have no reports that they don't, AFAIK. So you should be good

I have a problem. Brand-new ASUS Zephyrus G14 with W11. BA1 launches and plays just fine. BA2 hangs on launch and when I launch Task Manager to recover, the cursor is gone. This suggests to me some kind of display/graphics card monkey business buried somewhere in an incompatibility among the W11, ASUS, or NVIDIA code. Anyone have an idea how to solve this? I tried setting the W11 screen scaling to 100%, but that didn't help.

Update. I tried many things to get BA2 to launch and run from Steam, but could not get it to work (as described above). So, I re-purchased BA2 directly from Slitherine to avoid using Steam, and that version does the same thing...it launches, but then hangs and even the cursor is gone when I startup task manager.

install as admin and run as admin and game works fine, as long as you install all the pre requisites that the game requires
