A Piece of the Empire 1340 Medieval Campaign

This summer's campaign season is upon us and this year, I am running a 1340 Medieval Europe campaign. Initially, we started with 13 players playing 12 realms (two fellows wanted to play as a team as they felt work might get in the way of either one of them getting all of thier moves and battles in) spread over three states here in the Gulf South.
Here is the map we are using.

The original map was a blank Europe outline map that I cropped down to the desired area, converted into a 24-bit BMP file and used CC3 to add terrain, boundaries, province names, etc...
The campaign rules can be found here.

Here are the Initial turn briefings. If you see a coat of arms that is incorrect, let me know what the correct one looks like and I will try and correct it. The Venetian one is part of the flag of one of the Doge's from this period as I could not locate a good city coat of arms.
