I play PS solo all the time with my own scenarios, I was trying to setup a solo scenario for FOG2 and the game showed me the red units then immediately went to the victory screen which showed 0 troops for the blue side, Am I missing a button or setting?

That is what happens if the AI side has no troops on the map.

Are you sure that the troops you put down in the editor for the AI were actually being put down for side 1 (the AI) and not actually also for side 0 (the player).

To make it do that it is not enough to set the Side 1 banner, you need to click the button that switches you from placing side 0 to side 1 units.

It is an easy mistake to forget to do that, and then side 0 has all the units and side 1 has none.

Take another look at your scenario in the Editor.
