Slitherine

Suggest those who enjoy a good TBS from a small company (sound familiar?) give a look at Crown of Glory, a strategic Napoleonics game. Area movement, with armies built of corps and corps of "divisions" of from 1,000-10,000 men, with a lot of micromanagement of tech and resources, many leaders with assorted ratings, and a tactical battle mode that, while quite abstract and not greatly realistic, is still pretty enjoyable. There are several different unit types with different capabilities, a fairly abstract naval module, and one can play scenaria ranging from the Revolution to Waterloo. It's not a perfect game, but it is very good, infinitely moddable, and the creators are downright decent and willing to talk with their players. A lot like Slitherine, in fact. Maybe you guys ought to consider a merger -- both companies are in Britain.
