Hi all, my name's Tommy and I'm just wondering if when at some point I buy FOG II, ancients and medieval, do I need to buy the basic games or do I just need to buy the expansion packs for the games?

You need the base game to play at all. After that you can purchase any or all of the DLC expansions that you desire.
