I'm playing PC2 the Spanish DLC, I was parked next to an enemy artillery on a mountain with a strength of 7. When it was the AI's turn I saw this Artillery piece shoot at me and then got all replacements up to 10, How is that possible?

"sabo10!"... i can't definitely say that your experience couldn't happen. and if it did or does happen... it's not always so easy to catch such an event taking place.

However, besides what you just mentioned... "YES!!!" the "AI" does "CHEAT!!!"... as for example it does not follow the rules of sighting or the 'Observation' regulation rule... it instead "Sees Everything on the Game Screen"... nothing can hide... you are just fooled... or lulled into believing that the computer 'AI' is playing 'Fair'... it is 'NOT'... playing fair... you are just the "Lamb" being lead to the "Slaughterhouse!".

I have also witnessed what Sabo10 is talking about and not just in the SCW dlc too. Could be just glitches or it definitely cheats.

Well, with Double Attack Hero this is possible.

If the artllery piece really attacked on AI turn and not on yours this is the only explanation i can deliver. But if the Artillery had fired during your turn (counter battery trait and/or support fire) it would have used its attack option and would have been able to repair aswell.

A screenshot would be helpful. But i never experienced the AI "cheating" in this way you described, it follows the same rules like the player mechanicwise afaik.
