Are the class abilities/traits of the armored trains (class 18) and artillery (class 4) identical aside from that armored trains don't provide defensive fire to adjacent units?

Here's a post from Guille's thread from a couple of years ago. We had been discussing this very thing and I ran some tests for comparisons:

These classes had the following results: 1 killed, 4 suppressed (30% miss, 54% suppression, 16% kills)
---artillery(4), structures(6), strat bombers(9), capital ships(12), armoured trains/siege artillery(18)
---all of the above units caused long-term suppression
---destroyers(11) had the same results but no long-term suppression

All the other classes (including transport classes) had 5-6 kills, 3 suppressed and no long-term suppression. [end quote]

So, as far as I know, classes 4 & 18 behave the same except for the defensive, supporting fire of class 4.
