Loyalty 200+ stupid, meh, OK, nice or brilliant?

So what do you think, does it have any effect beyond 100? other than as a buffer against loyalty losses.

It probably has a marginal interest. For example, if on average your regional loyalty is 75 or better you might not have some Civil Wars in some circumstances, so here your region would boost others more than expected.
