Hi,

I submitted a ticket yesterday because for some reason I kept getting a shopping error when trying to buy some of Gary Grisby's stuff. I waited for almost 24 hours with no response, but finally logged in and found it closed. I am not sure why it was closed and was wondering if I will be able to get some help (referencing back to ticket 2022071410000017).

At the very least I would appreciate being told you won't help, instead of just closing the ticket (or maybe I did something, if I did let me know).

It looks like there is an issue with the system closing tickets without being told to. I will ask the server team to investigate. Sorry for the inconvenience.
