I made a purchase of Starship Troopers:Terran Command earlier this week and never received a serial# to access the game. I opened a ticket on Tuesday 7/05/22 and still have not received a response.... any one have this same issue? also anyone know what the wait time is on a response from the help desk?

IIRC you would have been sent an email with your serial and a download link. Have you checked your Junk folder in case it was flagged as spam?
