I created an MP battle, but one of the armies selected has an incorrect name (?) in the "Allies" section.

Are "Low Countries" considered "Burgundian" for ally listing purposes?

It's nothing to do with allies. Burgundian is the "sidename' used for the later Low Countries lists, you will see it in battle in the top left hand corner of the screen.

It is for historical reasons; after the death of Charles the Bold (the last Valois Duke of Burgundy), the title passed to the Hapsburg rulers of the Low Countries. the Low Countries had been part of the old Duchy of Burgundy. See here;
