When I start "PanzerCorps-MultiDLCSetup-v01.03.03" I get this message:

What is wrong?

Update: I also get this message when I use the "[PC] Installer v1.03.03" from the Slitherine webpage.

Similar here but that PC2 is not installed.

My PC2 is on Steam, is this the issue?
