Unable to Validate your details - Server Issue for MP?

Hi anyone else having issues getting on to the server? I did a turn this morning fine, but getting error message saying unable to validate your details...

OK came out of the game and tried again and got a message that steam could not sync.

So closed it down and reloaded game and it seems to be working - maybe a glitch with steam...

Is there a solution to this problem? Since updating I have been unable to log onto the multiplayer website.

Please email support@slitherine.co.uk so they can look into your individual case.

Are you talking about Ancients or Medieval? Ancients and Medieval use different servers, and there has not been an update for Ancients for a long time.

I have downloaded the Medieval bundle currently on sale but still lack Sublime Porte. I was referring to Ancients being updated and unable to log on to Multiplayer.
Support has been notified and I have received a ticket, whatever that may be?
