I wrote a spreadsheet for the unit stats for most of the Necron units in Battlesector

It includes a chart. I used my own calculation for power level. It would, of course, depending on how much importance is given to range, armor penetration, etc. The Offence field is the long formula.

Feel free to copy my sheet and modify and post copies.
