I thought the Field Marshall Edition provides all the DLC.
The new Axis Operations DLC doesn't seem available in Steam... What needs to happen?

Panzer Corps 2 Field Marshal Edition is the ultimate deluxe edition of Panzer Corps 2, including all the bonus materials from the General Edition plus the first two DLCs.

I think Slitherine don't make it clear enough which content is available with which edition. It could be easily accomplished by providing a table for each game, with the various editions in columns along the top, and DLC/Features in rows along the left, then ticks in the boxes showing what was available or to become available.

As it is, I still can't work out whether this PC2 Axis Operations 1943 is included in the Field Marshall edition.

The Field Marshall Edition was the General Edition plus AOSCW and AO39.
The General Edition includes additional stand alone scenarios and additional unit cameo.

The Field Marshall Edition is no longer available.
Panzer Corps 2 Complete Edition bundle does not include AO43.
