Minimal cost of unit to become AI's target ?

Hi all, so I wonder about because I want to make trophies as cheap as possible to prevent "black market" operations by player
On the other hand, for example, late German infantry divisions were often equipped with previously captured old French guns, so these guns should cost almost nothing in case that they are not produced during campaign at German factories taking their resources.
So I care if they will be attacked by AI when having extremely low cost...
