Got an email for the beta, no cd attached

Devs, I got an email from you all today, but the part that's supposed to have the CD Key was this!!
{STTC Beta Key}
Also tried to access the Discords channel, and it tells me I'm restricted.
No key in that email, can someone please help me?

Ok, just got a new email with my new Cd Key.

I got a new key, but after removing the previous beta from my account, Steam still says that I already own this game and I can't see it in my library or download the new beta.
I love this franchise, but this beta process has been half baked from the start. I wish the developers luck, but I doubt I'll continue to suffer through this or purchase the finished game, let alone recommend it to anyone.

This is an issue with Steam, here are the steps you can take to resolve it:
Go to Steam upper bar - Choose "Help"
Select "Steam Support"
Select "Games and Software"
in Search Bar type: Starship and Select the game
Choose "I want to Permanently remove this from my Steam Library" (Removing the old free beta not your new beta access)
Confirm then Activate the Beta key from your email
