Hi - I try to claim the old game the other player abandoned more than 50 days ago but it just hangs there and nothing happens. I have tried it multiple times and can't delete the game from my list of multiplayer matches. Do you have a fix? thanks

This is unfortunately a well-known issue.

Try sending an email to support@slitherine.co.uk.
Attaching a screenshot that clearly shows the specific game will help.

Note that Slitherine changed the policy for deleting games. They will not do this unless the game is really old.
I have a number of defunct games that just clutter up the list.
