Order of Battle World War II (German)

I bought Order of Battle WWII for the PS4/PS5.
On the PC I can change the text language in the game.
On the PS4/PS5, a selection is not possible.
The publisher says that the game can be changed to German but I did not succeed in the PSN support in Germany has told me that the game can only be played in English!
Can someone help ?
