Dutifully Bold And Beautiful:

Yes!!!… I see some deep upper-level "HEAVY" thinking in motion here!... an existential [empirical, empiric - derived from experiment and observation rather than theory] _ _ _ …a surging "Creativity" surfacing 'At-Last!'. Proceeding past the mere 'Mundane and... the mere Insane'.

Everything in this 'Posting'... is what I have been so longingly waiting for. Injecting some 'REALISTIC-VALID-PLAUSIBLE' alternative-historical vectoring directions into the 'Game'... introducing an opportunity to do some deep-study analysis of potential possibilities that may or may not have ever been possibly 'Discernable' before!.

Of course... this approach needs to be or should be... attended too... by the 'Actual-Historical' events taking place elsewhere in the 'World' at that time... or even adjusted or controlled by likewise altering changing events [Military-Industrial-Political] and such other outcomes in other theatres... such as... IE:-"THE PACIFIC".

The more flexible... the more intriguing... the more intensively this 'Game' is honed into a tool of 'Exploration' and 'Innovation'... the more that its true worth will surface... in understanding and gratification.

I recommend Ctrl+scroll up to 150% - not the ideal solution and not the most elegant one since it affects all windows in the session for the Slitherine node, but does the trick.

"Re-Act!"... to Clean-Up-The-Act!... There is much to do!... that could be done!... from previous 'Forum-Postings'... where a cascade of 'Ideas' presented... have not yet been assimilated or considered to be "implement-ated!"... whither-thither... "doodlie-dum"… when will these 'Posted'-incarnations spring-forth into the 'Sun' [For all to see]... to bring the bright-light of reveal/revelation?... into... "Game-Presentations".
---------------------------------------------------------------
"Re-Act!"... to Clean-Up-The-Act!...
For example this absurd 'Non-Sense!' in the situation of enemy units making an obscene regular practise of almost always 'Surviving' by 'One-Single-Strength-Point'... when being confronted by overwhelming assault strengths... has got to come to an 'End'... or at least... provide the 'Player' the opportunity or option to cancel-out or negate that demonic-illicit-apparition!. Maybe even... let the 'Player'... designate what that threshold will be... if it will be at all?.

Amendment-Inclusion:… perhap's!!!… have a setting of where/which if a 'Unit' is substantially reduced in 'Strenght'... it would be force to "Surrender" instead!.

Also!!!... I would like to have "Eliminated"... this "All-Too-Frequent"[Happening more-often than it should]... amazing enemy-actuated combat- kills... in-where.... a superior-seasoned unit [Mine] is just easily-arbitrarily pounded down instantly to next to nothing or even eliminated!... by a less than equal opponent!.

Also... where 'Inferior-Quality' enemy units... without technical capacities/capability or experience... or training can confront your forces on almost an even or equal-footing!... "Non-Sense!!!"... this should not be!.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Previous 'Forum-Postings'...
I submitted a 'Score' of 'A-Historical'... "REALISTIC-PLAUSIBLE" [Not-Insane-Non-Sense]... but!... instead!... near truly actually :happening/occurring situations" that very-easily could have taken place and almost took place!... so I would hope that...'that information' would be considered and taken into-account... if any 'A-Historical' sideline-'Campaign'- and or 'Scenario-Vectoring'... will ever really take place!.

Thank you for interesting informations!

If it's not a secret... could you briefly inform if we get new unit models and/or
new LUA command functions with the new DLC?

This is especially important for the modders and players as this new content will likely affect the mods/scenarios they create themselves.

Hope no more "capture then retreat" like in London, Moscow, Stalingrad. To be honest, I really don't think Hitler will allow me to retreat from Moscow if we captured Kremlin. At least it is a shelter in winter. It probably become a 1941 version Stalingrad with stronger Wehrmacht.

Guess the plan was late spring. Maybe 8. July now to celebrate one year of development since AO 1942. At least it's in beta test at the moment.

You should give the free Panzer Corps Campaign Mod for Panzer Corps 2 a chance meanwhile. It's better than the Axis Operation Campaign, and 1943 is finished. Also, Africa Corps. Now they are working on 1943 fiction and 1944. Really great work.

So based on what is on the steam page, that there would be updates during HoW on May 10th, I thought we would hear an update today.

I see nothing. Is the steam page wrong?

I appreciate your enthusiasm. Almost the entirety of Slitherine/Matrix has been away for the week at an internal conference in Venice (viewtopic.php?t=108988) . So as well as the usual intense workload they've had that hardship to bare :D . Many of them will need to decompress/sleep and then we'll be back to normal. The next dev diary should go out soon.
