Missing Textures for Tau and Mechanicus causes game to crash upon playing with friends

As the subject describes apparently my game is missing textures for Tau and Mechanicus factions, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game along with verifying it but nothing seems to fix the error. Due to this the game freezes and crashes upon entering a lobby with friends or just by myself. Is there any way to fix this that don't include purchasing the race packs?
