anyone have a tip for customisable "praying" figures?

in the " we are not worthy " position would be the thing.

to make some arab baggage. the trouble will be telling which way mecca is.

If its an Arab conquest army just have them facing the enemy base line as they were busy beating everybody on the way from Mecca

Donnington has some praying monks.

Also there are some gesticulating arab types too.

IIRC both are actually in photos available on their website. but not everyhting has a photo.

Although not truly prostrate, theres a kneeling arab figure in the Essex arab camp set (I went for kneeling in front of campfire for my DBA umayyad camp). That might fit the bill positioned on a mat. Don't know if they sell such figures separately but I'm sure you could ask them!
