Trouble saving a Storm of Arrows turn

Similar to Rom1944 had trouble saving a Medieval Storm of Arrows tourney turn. The first time that has happened in a few months. Attached is a screenshot, same as Rom1944. It did work the second time after I canceled the turn. No combats and early in the game so no impact.
