How to let one country use another countries units in the editor?

Hello, I would like to know how I can change the faction of a unit I have placed in the scenario editor. Say I placed a US Wildcat, and I wanted to hand control of it over to a different country like Romania because in this weird alternate history universe Romania has Wildcat Fighters, how could I go about doing that? Ideally, this would be a non-trigger method, as I like being able to see the units on the map when I set the scenario up.
Additionally, how can I change a unit's camo/skin from the editor? This is also Ideally a non-trigger related solution, but not as important I guess.
Thank You for the help! -KBanana

You cannot change the owner of an existing unit.
You can select a unit in one faction's list, change the faction and then deploy the unit on the map.
There's a specific Skin trigger that allows you to set the skin to ie winter-camo for all units of a specific faction.
Note that skins are limited to vehicles. I don't think infantry units can be skinned (yet).

I don’t really see the point of skinning the infantry unless I have a more powerful zoom like in PanzerCorps 2:
