Do you have to rebuy or upgrade to play the DLCs on Pazer Corps on Steam?

I own Panzer Corps on Steam, it shows me I have the Gold Edition, but I assume I have an old edition of the game? All of the DLCs are nowhere to be found. It pretty much tells me to buy the game again. Is that how it works if you have an 'old edition' of the game before Gold Edition came out and you have to rebuy/upgrade to play the DLCs?

Yes, you'll have to buy them, not rebuy, as you've never bought them.
