been waiting for 2 days to log in to multiplayer ..still won't let me ..says ' game number registered' or some nonsense like that.. on my multiplayer buddies login it says ' user haven't logged in' .. HELP! getting withdrawl symptoms !!

Some problem here with "user haven't logged in".
It's from tuesday...

I haven't been able to access Panzer Corps Gold multiplayer since March 8th, 2022. I would instead receive a message reading "Serial number is registered".

I sent in a support ticket the same day.

They responded by telling me to change my password with their first response. I did this. Still no access.
Next, they asked for my Panzer Corps Gold serial number. I gave them that. Still no access.
Next, I was told by a Joe Miller he would pass my problem on to someone else.
10 days later I am still unable to continue my multiplayer games and I have not heard back from anyone in Slitherine for days and I've sent them reminders.
I'm not happy about this.

Now when I try to login to multiplayer I get a new message that reads "User haven't logged in". I click retry and still keep getting the same message.

I am feeling your pain RMA.... I cannot log in either. Just keeps running saying it is trying to log me in , but does not log in....wait iut lets me log in but then gives me the blue circle of death....

Good grief this game is so buggy.


Wish we would get some tangible answers.

I have a pair game going on, atm, & logging in takes some time recently...but so far has not failed after a short time.
This just started being an issue in the last few days.
I will add, staying logged in resolves it for now.

Well, as of today 26 March 2022, I am not able to log in.
I get 'Serial Number is Registered' (no shit)
First time in all the years of playing this.

With no responses form the one's that can address this, makes me think that the online 'mp' aspect of this game has been abandoned.

I've been having this problem since March 8th. I sent in a support ticket that day.

I have been asking them about what is going on every few days. This is my 3rd weekend without access to multiplayer.

Have they given a fix, I am getting the same result as the rest some message about serial number etc...

No fixes to date 29 March 2022.

More than 3 weeks now and I'm still unable to log into PzC multiplayer.

Sending in a support ticket hasn't helped. I sent one in on March 8th.

I've been asked to reset my password 3 times and asked for my serial number and told they'll let me know when it's fixed.

Currently, I am corresponding with 'tech' & am hoping for a solution.

Finally.
Yesterday I was able to access multiplayer. It took tech support over 3 weeks to fix this for me.
I sent them a thank you.
I hope it has been fixed for everyone else.

To all my current opponents - I can't log in - let's hope tech support can fix it, thanks

Great news...what did they do, if I may.
For me the problem is stilled unresolved.
