1939 DLC

Just finished 2nd run of SCW. Started new run of 1939 DLC where I bought 6 x Wehr Infantry for first czech. scenario. When the 2nd scenario began, 4 of the 6 infantry I bought disappeared. I've restarted the scenario but same result. This was not an issue the first time I played this just after the 1939 DLC was released.
Is this a known bug since the 1942 DLC released which seemed to break many things in the previous AO DLC's??????
