[Feature request] Officer UI

FEATURE REQUEST
FR 1: Workflow Automation for post-recruitment of Officers
FR 1 - Expected: After recruiting an officer, the option to "Assign" that Officer should be presented.
FR 1 - Actual: Player must switch to the "Active" tab, find the officer recruited and assign. If you aren't paying attention, you will think the Officer wasn't recruited and spend hard-earned requisition points recruiting another, instead of assigning the first.
FR 2: Filter Officers by Fleet assignment
FR 2 - Expected: The capability to filter/search officer's by fleet group, instead of scrolling.
FR 2 - Actual: Scrolling...
FR 3: Selecting "Officer" from a fleet UI needs to present the Officer related to the Fleet the UI was triggered by.
FR 3 - Expected Officer UI to automatically select and display the profile for the assigned officer from the Fleet where "Officer" was clicked
