Impossible to attach transportation to 20 mm Flak 38

I noticed that some bonus units (e.g. the German 20 mm Flak 38 which is given as a free core unit at the start of Blitzkrieg campaign to anyone who has Krigsmarine DLC) are not properly upgradeable, namely it's not possible to attach transportation. Since this flak unit is very slow moving, it is nearly useless in this state. This seems like a bug to me.

It is supposed to be possible to have transportation but I think that the trait
No Purchase must prevent this ?

Both traits NoEditor and NoPurchase should be removed IMO.
The free unit function is kind of out-dated anyway.

You can see differences between the switching units :
- availability dates
- cost
- movement point: this model has no wheels, the movement should remain at 1

The 20 mm Flak 38 is a bonus unit. It could have 0 CP instead of 2 CP just like Bautruppe ?

hello, i tried to make the 20mm Flak 38 purchasable and editable by removing the tags in the units.csv. I however still cannot add any horse carriages to it nor purchase it.
