Thracian Peltasts classified as large target

I found that heavy artillery gets +33% bonus for firing at large target against Thracian Peltasts.

I have tested this in the game, and it does not appear to be so.
However artillery will get that bonus for shooting at anything in the flank. (Enfiladed)
The tooltip actually says: "Heavy artillery against Large or enfiladed target: +33%.
