Version download question

Hi, PC dummy here, I bought the General Edition a couple of years ago and it worked fine til I recently installed the 1.02.03 update and a glitch/bug has shown up.
So if I now uninstall the game and do a re-install, do I use the circled download link on 'My Page' below? (I'm in England).
And afterwards do I use the Update 02.01.01 link even though it says 'US'?
And what's 'Legacy' mean?
