Lord of the Rings 4X game

Hey there, I thought it would be nice if a Lord of the Rings game could be made, just like Gladius Relics of War, or like the upcoming game "Zephyr".
There is a lot of content and units in Lord of the Rings to be worked with. You also have the Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game by Games Workshop for a guideline, just like Gladius got inspired by 40k tabletop.
